Thomasasked the Minister of Labour how many factory inspectors, engaged in regular routine inspection, are attached to the 95 districts of the factory department; of that total how many hold university degrees in engineering, chemistry, and physics, respectively; and how many of such science graduates now in such district posts were appointed up to and including 1940.
