Mrs. Mannasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he is taking in reply to the representations made to him from Coatbridge and Airdrie town councils, and from the Airdrie and Coatbridge Area Youth Employment Committee, concerning the nature of emplowment available to the youth of the area.
