Mr. Crouchasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Defence how many properties are still held under requisition by his Department; if he will order a new examination of the circumstances of each case; and if he will take steps to ensure that the rights of the original owner, or owners, are safeguarded whenever a sale is contemplated.
