FosterThe flag flown by Her Majesty's High Commissioner for Basutoland, the Bechuanaland Protectorate and Swaziland is the Union Jack, with a special badge emblazoned in the centre on a white shield surrounded by a green garland. Government Offices in the Territories also fly the Union Jack.
