Arrangements for handling the 1954 cereal harvest are set out in the White Paper on Guarantees for Home Grown Cereals, Command No. 8947, supplemented by the announcement on Monday last by the Ministry of Food and the Agricultural Departments. I am sending the hon. and learned Member a copy of this Press announcement and of two leaflets which have been prepared for the information of farmers.
