Davy, Fair View, Sun Lane, Bradwell, Suffolk, the full enjoyment of the amenities in respect of his property which have been denied him owing to failure to implement the planning regulations by the local authority, particulars of which have been sent him by the hon. Member for Lowestoft.
§ Mr. MarplesEnforcement of planning control is a matter for the local planning authority; and I understand they do not think the circumstances of the case190W sufficiently serious to warrant their taking action. My right hon. Friend agrees with them.
