asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in relation to the forthcoming publication of the report of a mission from the International Bank of Reconstruction to Nigeria, he will co-operate with the Bank and the Government of Nigeria to try to make sure that the interval between publication of the report in Nigeria and general availability of full copies in this country shall be shorter than was the case with the corresponding report on British Guiana in 1953.

My right hon. Friend has this problem in mind and has already taken steps to meet it.
