§ Mr. Lennox-BoydYes. I hope to introduce legislation as soon as practicable to abolish this Federation. This accords with the wishes of the Leeward Islanders and will also accord with the Plan for a British Caribbean Federation, which provides for the entry into the Federation of Antigua, St. Christopher-Nevis-Anguilla, and Monstserrat as separate member units.
