74. Mr. Hector Hughes

asked the Secretary of State for War to take steps to alter the terms of the Army Act so as to ensure that a British soldier who is charged with a civil offence not specified in the Army Act while serving in Scotland shall be entitled to claim trial before a Scottish civil court instead of before a military court.
