asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies for what reason he has banned the importation of the journal "Socialist Asia" to Kenya; and whether he will place a copy of this journal in the Library.

As regards the first part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I have given today to the hon. Member for Newcastle-under-Lyme (Mr. Swingler). I am arranging for a copy of the journal to be placed in the Library.
