§ Mr. HeadPasses for visits to the Campo area are at present only being issued by the Spanish authorities to officers and to married other ranks accompanied by their families. Passports and a valid Spanish visa are necessary for other visits to the Campo area and, as has always been the case, for visits elsewhere in Spain.
