§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterAt the request of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies, I am negotiating with B.O.A.C. for the charter of an aircraft for the journeys to and from the Caribbean. The cost of the charter will be borne by the Colonial Office.
