§ Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to what extent a student of any race in Kenya is debarred under his regulations from coming to the United Kingdom for any form of training or education, if the student is either self-supporting or if the training is being paid for by an industrial or reputable organisation in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. HopkinsonI am not aware of any regulations which would debar students from Kenya from coming to the United Kingdom to study.
