§ 1. Mr. Snowasked the Minister of Food what arrangements he has made with master butchers to assist them in financing the capital investment which may be necessary in respect of equipment required to fulfil the provisions of the proposed Food and Drugs (Amendment) Bill.
Dr. HillNone. Preliminary consultations have been started with interests concerned on steps that might be taken after the enactment of the Bill to secure cleaner handling of food. But no question of financial assistance arises.
