(2) how many man-days' work have been lost in the Kuwait oilfield during the past year through strikes; and what was the cause of the strikes.
§ Mr. NuttingHer Majesty's Government are responsible only for the protection and external relations of Kuwait. My hon. Friend will understand, therefore, that I am not in a position to answer questions on its internal affairs.
