§ 104. Mr. Emrys Hughesasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, in view of the development of the rocket as an offensive weapon, if he will set up a committee of independent scientists, not employed by any of the services, to advise the Government on the extent to which the rocket has made other weapons obsolete.
