StuartOf 21,309 local authority houses approved during the period in question, 1,090, or 5.1 per cent., were of one and two apartments; 11,008, or 51.7 per cent., were of three-apartments; 8,586, or 40.3 per cent., were of four apartments; and 625, or 2.9 per cent., were of five or more apartments.
