§ Miss HorsbrughI have no proposal before me to provide a school for spastic children in Cardiff, though a school to be provided for physically handicapped children in South Wales which is included in this year's programme, will take a number of spastics.
§ Dr. Kingasked the Minister of Education if she will issue a report on the progress being made in various parts of the country in providing education for spastic children.
