Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I are indebted to the hon. Member for Oldbury and Halesowen (Mr. Moyle) for bringing forward the Slaughter of Animals (Amendment) Bill to implement those recommendations and the Government intend to support and facilitate its passage through Parliament.
