EcclesI have been asked to reply. 7,288,000 bricks valued at £60,562, were landed at Scottish ports in 1952, but figures are not available to show how many were from foreign sources and how many by coastwise shipping from elsewhere in the United Kingdom. No bricks were landed at Scottish ports in the first six months of 1953.
