§ 107. Mr. Greyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government, in view of the fact that the Private Street Works Act was passed in days when there was 36W little vehicular travel on the roads, and private streets were essentially an amenity enjoyed by the private tenant, if he will, now that such streets are used by all and sundry, amend the Act to make the provision of private street works a charge upon the General Road Fund.
