Mr. Nally

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (1) what special action he is taking to ensure that the full text of the speeches made by the Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition on 11th and 12 May, respectively, are given the widest circulation in the United States of America; and if he will state the instructions he has given, or proposes to give, to ensure such circulation;

(2) If he will make a statement as to the special steps taken by Her Majesty's Ambassador in Washington to ensure that the complete text of the speech of the Prime Minister on 11th May, and that of the Leader of the Opposition on 12th May were made available at the earliest possible time to the United States Government, members of Senate and Congress and the United States Press.
