§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeThe additional expenditure which will be incurred by my Department in connection with the Coronation is estimated at £1,200. In addition, the Exchequer grant for police services has been augmented by sums estimated at £21,000 for 1952–53 and £80,000 for 1953–54, to provide for police expenditure incurred on the erection of barriers, mutual aid and other incidental matters.
