§ Mr. J. R. H. HutchisonBrigadier-General The Earl of Gowrie is Colonel of the Welsh Guards. It is in this capacity that he is provided with two volunteers from the Welsh Guards to act as his driver and his orderly. Their duties are the normal duties of an officer's driver and orderly. Lord Gowrie is their superior officer as Colonel of the Welsh Guards.
