I have made orders relating to the constitution of the committees, and have appointed their chairmen, for all the new towns in England and Wales except Crawley, where the matter has been deferred in view of the proposed alteration of licensing districts under the East Sussex and West Sussex (Alteration of Boundaries) Order which is now before Parliament.
