§ 68. Brigadier Medlicottasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Defence how many Service men who deserted either before 3rd September, 1939, or after 15th August, 1945, have come forward and notified the authorities of the fact of their desertion.
§ Mr. BirchThe number of notifications so far received from men who are outside the dates of the amnesty is about 300.
