§ 71. Mr. Parkerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government of Fiji will institute elections by secret ballot for Fijian representation on village, district and provincial councils and the chief's council, instead of the present procedure by a show of hands.
§ Mr. LytteltonElections to the council of chiefs and to the provincial councils are already carried out by secret ballot.
