Later on, the Service man attends regular lectures and discussions on current affairs, and in these the constitution and functions of N.A.T.O. are given prominence. Literature emanating from various sources, including the Services educational authorities, the Central Office of Information and the Foreign Office, is distributed either to individuals or to libraries and information rooms in connection with the current affairs discussions.
