§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydThe National Coal Board have made and are continuing to make substantial progress in the introduction of water and other devices for suppressing dust and I am advised that progress is not being hampered by shortage of steel water pipes. The position is kept under review by the National Joint Pneumoconiosis Committee, on which all the interests concerned are represented, under the Chairmanship of my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary.
