Mr. Finlay

asked the Assistant Postmaster-General the number of subscribers who have been supplied with telephones in the new town of Harlow; and the number of outstanding applications for telephones in the said new town.

One hundred and ninety-three telephones have been supplied in the new town and 248 applications are outstanding, including 36 in course of being met.
