§ Mr. MarplesWork in preparation for considering the report has gone on concurrently with the holding of the inquiry. There should, therefore, be no delay in considering the Report when it is submitted. But until the report has been received and studied, it is impossible to attempt any forecast of the time likely to be required for reaching decisions on the plan.
