§ Mr. WatkinsonMy right hon. and learned Friend is still examining with his colleagues certain questions which have arisen, bearing upon the amendment of the Order in the sense indicated by my hon. Friend. Until a decision has been reached on these questions, I regret that it is not possible for me to add to previous statements on this matter.
