asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he is aware of the dissatisfaction felt regarding the present method of hospital and medical administration in the colony of Singapore; and if he will take steps to appoint a hospital board consisting of representatives of the doctors, university, city council, nursing profession and the trades unions.
