§ 77. Mr. Spenceasked the Minister of Transport when he expects to complete the construction of the road on the South side of Lossiemouth Airfield, giving direct access to Lossiemouth to farmers in that area.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe provision of a road South of Lossiemouth Airfield will be included in the revised draft proposals, which I hope to publish soon, for the permanent closure of certain roads and the provision of substitutes consequent upon the extension of the main runway. Until a decision is reached on these revised proposals, I cannot say when the proposed substitute roads will be constructed.
