§ 68. Mr. Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he is aware that the annual reports and statement of accounts of the Inter-Parliamentary Union are not available for Members in the House of Commons Library, nor on request from the office of the Inter-Parliamentary Union; and whether, before making any further grant in aid, he will make it a condition that these documents are placed in the House of Commons Library for the reference of hon. Members.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI understand that every member of the Inter-Parliamentary Union is sent a copy of the annual Report and statement of accounts, and that arrangements have been made for a copy of these documents for this year and for future years to be placed in the Library. The second part of the Question does not therefore arise.
