§ Mr. WatkinsonAs stated in the reply given on 23rd June by my right hon. and learned Friend to the hon. Members for Sunderland, North (Mr. Willey) and Islington, South-West (Mr. A. Evans), we are anxious to proceed with this as quickly as possible. My Department has recently been discussing detailed proposals with the trade unions and employers' organisation, and their comments are now being studied.
