§ Mr. Lennox-BoydNo. I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to development plans under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947. Only a relatively small number of these have so far been approved by my right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Minister of Housing and Local Government. The road proposals which have been included in these plans are founded on the best estimates which could be made of the prospects of proceeding with them and it would not be practicable to attempt any more precise estimate at present.
