§ Mr. WatkinsonMy right hon. and learned Friend's proposals will be considered by the National Joint Advisory Council tomorrow. The future time-table will naturally depend on the deliberations of the Council, but it is our desire to press on with the matter as rapidly as is compatible with securing the considered views of industry.
