HC Deb 17 February 1953 vol 511 cc119-20W
Mr. Bossom asked the

Minister of Labour whether he is aware that there is no shortage of labour in Kent; and whether he will take steps to see that all employment exchanges in the area are fully informed of the work required for restoring flood damage.

Mr. Watkinson

This has already been done and all suitable and available

exchange, but only five of these were classified as being severely disabled and eligible for consideration for sheltered employment. I cannot hold out any prospect of an increase in Rempjoy facilities in this district.
