§ Mr. J. StuartYes. I understand that the therapeutic value of the preparation in question is open to doubt. The case has been referred to the Executive Council for consideration whether, in terms of the Regulations, the cost involved was in excess of what was reasonably necessary for the adequate treatment of the patient.
