§ Mr. WatkinsonInformation from which to calculate a reliable average percentage showing increases of statutory minimum wage rates under wages regulation orders is not available. Movements of statutory minimum wages are incorporated in the wage movements shown in the index of rates of wages which is published monthly in the Ministry of Labour Gazette.
