Dr. HillI presume my hon. Friend is referring to a recent report in the "Daily Telegraph" of a statement by the Horses and Ponies Protection Association. This statement, which the Association has been given an opportunity to amplify, adds nothing to the information which was available to the Duke of Northumberland's Committee on the Slaughter of Horses. All this information was carefully investigated and found to be without supporting evidence.
