§ 77. Mr. Moyleasked the Minister of Education if she will reconsider her decision in the case of Mr. Brian Niblett, raised in correspondence by the hon. Member for Oldbury and Halesowen, and intervene in the matter, with a view to providing a grant, having regard to his acceptance by the University College, North Staffordshire, and to the financial difficulties of his parents.
§ Miss HorsbrughI am satisfied that the authority gave careful consideration to Mr. Niblett's claims and acted quite reasonably in decidiug he had not reached the standard for an award. I should not be justified in pressing them to reconsider their decision.
