§ Mr. J. FosterOn making inquiry of the High Commissioner, I find that a party of Bechuana visited Uganda and Tanganyika in October and November. They spent approximately a month studying local government, native courts, soil conservation and improved methods of agriculture in those territories. I am sending details to the hon. Lady by letter.
