§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI am grateful to the hon. Member for giving me this opportunity of correcting any misconception there may be that the Disposal Board are responsible for the actual sale70W of the road haulage undertaking of the British Transport Commission. That responsibility is laid by the Act upon the Commission itself. The Board is a consultative and approving authority with the task of ensuring that the Commission's proposals give effect to the intentions of the Act.
