§ Mr. GammansA part of this area, but not that fronting Victoria Street, is being acquired for a new "Abbey" telephone exchange. The price has not yet been finally settled. The area is about 24,000 sq. ft. This site is not now rated: the old vicarage, when occupied, had a rateable value of £142.
