asked the Secretary of State for Scotland which local authority organisations have expressed agreement with the financial provisions of the Housing (Repairs and Rents) (Scotland) BUI.

As I mentioned during the debate on 9th December, I am anxious to give the local authorities the fullest opportunity for considering the financial provisions of the Bill and I am having further discussions on the matter.
