§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerAuthority was given in 1949 for a limited examination of communications to be carried out by the British authorities in Germany. The reserve powers under the revised Occupation Statute of 1951 permit the British authorities to take the necessary steps to protect the security of our forces in Germany. This authority has therefore remained in force.
