Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Health if he will consult with the Birmingham Regional Hospitals Board about the need to appoint an additional consultant physician to the staff of the North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary, in view of the fact that the waiting period for outpatients at this hospital is now three months or more.
