§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftYes, and as required by the Development of Inventions Act, 1948, I have laid these documents before Parliament. As the Report states, legislation to make further provision for borrowing by the Corporation will be necessary before June, 1954. I have accordingly arranged for a Bill for this and other purposes connected with the Corporation, to be introduced tomorrow.
